Heywood's Meadow, Walden Pond State Reservation, Massachusetts 

We reach the Heywood's...

Snowy whites mingle with reddish browns on the ground, 
  while leafy blushes imbue the blue-sky ripples.   

Canada geese are sauntering the waterways and
   Mallards leave the trail marks behind,
 
   as if their time is forever...
