First sunny day after the snow storm.
Most of the unworn nature is in white blanket, the temps hover around -8°C.
   Harsh times for birds. But they keep spirits. For them, it is a matter of survival...
      ... their life force passes through my soul, I feel privileged...

 

After the Storm

Arriving on the Island right after the last night's storm... clouds and sounds are still here...
   I hear the roaring ocean and feel the tremors in my throat...
    ... surging, crashing, spuming, with the resonance of imperial authority... in silence... 

Everlasting

Rocks were the first to come and still set the pathways...
   Stops and turns, jumps and climbs, viewpoints... the motion of living, perfectly adjusted to the rules...
    ... with these eyes watching...

Readying for the Winter

The winter is not that far-off.
  Chickadees are earnestly caching seeds in the bark of trees, in the cracks of wood.
   Flying about, with brief stops, just to check... it seems all is known, even my gaze...
